Littman has won and been nominated for a number of awards and honors. Her young adult novel Anything But Okay is scheduled for release in October, 2018. Her essay “The Politics of Mockingjay” was included in the 2012 anthology The Girl Who Was on Fire, edited by Leah Wilson. Born in New York City, she now lives in Greenwich, Connecticut. She teaches creative writing as an adjunct professor in the MFA program at Western Connecticut State University, and has also taught at the Yale Summer Writers' Conference. She has published her opinion pieces at CT News Junkie, Hearst CT Newspapers, Huffington Post, School Library Journal, and Alternet.
